Introduction
Our Websites are owned and operated by Hanani Project Management Solutions Pvt Ltd (Hanani), a company registered in South Africa with company registration number 2007/030396/07. The following terms and conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (collectively the Terms and Conditions), govern the relationship between you, Hanani and its affiliates and subsidiaries in the use of our websites. By using our websites, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions, and you provide your express consent for your personal information to be dealt with on the terms of the privacy policy.

Our websites are intended to provide general information regarding Hanani and its products and services and is not intended to, nor does it constitute, investment or other professional advice. Before making any decision or taking any action that might affect you personally, financially or your business, you should consult your professional advisors.

Hanani reserves the right to suspend or terminate any operation of our websites at any time for the purposes of support and maintenance or to update the information contained on our websites. Hanani is not obliged to give any notice of such termination or suspension.

You may not use Hanani’s logo without permission, which permission must be obtained in advance in writing from the head of Hanani’s Marketing division sales@hanani.co.za. You may not provide a link to Hanani’s portals that allow your users to by-pass Hanani Portal’s requirement for each individual visitor to register on their first visit and to login on subsequent visits. If you do, however, want to provide seamless access for your users to the information in Hanani’s portals, then contact Hanani for this service. Applicable Law

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hanani may seek recourse in any jurisdiction worldwide in order to restrain the unlawful use of any of the material contained in our websites.

To the extent allowed by law, Hanani may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and you are responsible for periodically reviewing the most current version on our websites. Consumer Protection Act
If these Terms and Conditions and/or any goods and/or services provided under these Terms and Conditions are regulated by the Consumer Protection Act No 68 of 2008, as amended, replaced or re-enacted from time to time (“Consumer Protection Act”), it is not intended that any provision of these Terms and Conditions contravenes any provision of the Consumer Protection Act and therefore all provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be treated as being qualified, if necessary, to ensure that the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions does or purports to limit or exempt Hanani from liability for any loss directly or indirectly attributable to the gross negligence of Hanani or any person acting for or controlled by Hanani where the law does not allow this and this clause also does not require you to assume the risk or liability for this kind of loss where the law does not allow this.
